Membership is limited to juniors and seniors who attain the standards of the National Council of the National Honor Society. The students are selected on the basis of their academic achievement, service, citizenship and leadership. The principal and teachers are both involved in the selection process. Once inducted into the society, LCS students must continue meeting the standards set forth by the council.
