Sign up for the 2024 Elite Speed and Power Camp, the best in the 806!
Summer Warbird is open to all boys/girls from any school entering grades 7–12 in the upcoming school year. It includes strength training, movement techniques, safety implementation, speed, agility, quickness, and a conditioning program. The foundation of our program is focused on improving core stability and functional mobility of the athletes.
Camp dates are June 3–July 18, 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) from 8:30am–10:30am, and will be held at the LCS High School weight room, football field, and Eagle Athletic Center (EAC). Cost is $150 per athlete for the summer or $10 per session. Registration ends May 31, but walk-ups may be accepted.
